2. Customized Products

Items customized with your name, number, or any personalized printing are non-refundable and non-returnable, unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or the customization differs from the details you provided.

Please double-check your customization details before placing your order.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Customized or personalized jerseys.

  • Products that have been worn, washed, or altered.

  • Items returned without original tags or packaging.

  • Clearance or final sale items (if marked as such).

4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please get in touch with us within 24 hours of delivery.

Include:

  • Clear photos of the product.

  • Photos of the packaging (if applicable).

We will review your request and arrange a replacement or full refund if the claim is approved.
